Central Banking and Macroeconomic Coordination: The Case of Colombia

This short paper addresses the issues of objectives, organizational arrangements and policy instruments of autonomous central banks, with particular reference to Colombia. Instead of resorting to mechanical extrapolations of other countries' experiences,
