The Center for Regional Economic Studies (CEER) is a group that was created as a result of the decentralization in research promoted by Banco de la República since 1997. Its objective is to contribute to the generation of knowledge through the development and dissemination of research high-impact regional and urban, around economic, historical and social issues. Likewise, promote a better understanding of local dynamics, which helps to propose solutions to the problems identified in the Colombian regions.
